Alstom in South Africa is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Coordinator in Boksburg to plan and coordinate maintenance across the site. You will develop schedules, manage CMMS records, and collaborate with maintenance, production, supply chain, and EHS teams to ensure safe, reliable operations.
With 3–5 years in facilities maintenance, you’ll apply knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and civil infrastructure, drive KPIs, and support budget tracking in a dynamic rail and manufacturing

Could you be the full-time Facilities Maintenance Coordinator in Boksburg, South Africa we’re looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your maintenance planning and coordination expertise in a cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside a dedicated and collaborative team of professionals.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of our facilities and infrastructure. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (maintenance, production, supply chain, quality, EHS, and finance), coordinate contractor activities, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of developing and maintaining maintenance schedules, but also tracking performance indicators and supporting compliance‑related activities.
