Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Environmental Health, or a related field.
• 6+ years of facilities management experience with cleaning and sanitation focus.
• Proven experience leading cleaning teams across multiple sites.
• In-depth knowledge of hygiene principles, cleaning/disinfection protocols.
• Familiar with SA health, safety, environmental regulations for facilities.
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership, including remote contexts.
• Proficient in facility management software and standard office apps.
• Willingness to travel to Eastern Cape sites occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to facility management in South Africa .
• Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities, particularly in a remote context.
• Proficiency in facility management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to travel occasionally to facilities within the Eastern Cape and other regions as needed.
