Job summary

Old Mutual Limited is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager (Technical) to oversee strategic and operational facilities services at the Mutualpark campus in Cape Town. You will lead technical maintenance, capital projects, contract management, and workplace operations to ensure a safe, compliant and resilient working environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Quantity Surveying or Property Management.
• 7+ years in Facilities Management with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Experience managing large corporate campuses and capital projects.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OHSA and applicable regulations (GMR 2.1 & 2.7).
