Job summary

Hollywoodbets in Century City, Western Cape, is seeking a Food & Beverage Stock Controller to drive accurate back-office stock management for F&B operations, schedule deliveries and ensure stock is properly received and stored.

You will conduct daily stock counts, monitor wastage and variances, report findings, and coordinate with the F&B team and suppliers to maintain correct stock levels while following GAAP procedures. Matric and a valid driving licence are required; F&B experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Valid Driver's Licence required.
• Experience in stock management required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure internal F&B stock management processes are followed.
• Manage the stock control function related to F&B in terms of scheduling and receiving deliveries.
• Maintain back office stock to preserve quality and prevent wastage.
• Record stock requisitions and reconcile daily GAAP stock movements.
• Conduct daily stock counts and manage variances, documenting any wastage or breakages.
