Spilastyle CC T/A Top Notch HR Solutions is seeking a Young External Sales Executive/Relationship Manager based in Johannesburg. You will grow the client base, strengthen relationships and drive revenue through opportunities identification, needs assessment and tailored promotional solutions.

You will collaborate with marketing, operations and production to deliver consistent results. The role requires a self-starting, energetic sales professional with strong communication and negotiation

Qualifications

• Own vehicle essential.
• 3+ years sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in Promotional Products/Branding/Marketing is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results.
• No job hoppers.

Salary: R 16 000 – R 20 000 + Attractive Commission Structure + Petrol
Start Date: August 2026
