Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering or related technical field.
• 3-5 years’ external/client facing experience in technical/equipment sales, solution engineering, applications engineering, or process engineering.
• Experience in the mining industry is advantageous.
• Experience in modular process equipment, FEED/EPC/EPS environments, or industrial process plants is advantageous.
• Proven ability to conduct technical conversations with clients and shape early scope definitions.
• CRM proficiency and strong documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical qualification sessions with clients to clarify challenges, applications, modular fit, and constraints.
• Define the preliminary technical scope outline, options, and modular applicability before Proposals becomes involved.
• Prepare high-level solution concepts, ROM estimates, and modular recommendations aligned with client needs.
• Serve as sector specialists, developing client engagement pathways within assigned industries.
• Collaborate with Pursuit Manager to shape win strategies, differentiators, and value propositions.
• Track opportunities in CRM with rigor to ensure pipeline accuracy.
• Work with Lifecycle Services to identify aftermarket opportunities and long-term value pathways.
