Job summary

Expleo South Africa seeks a Senior Process Engineer to join our Johannesburg hybrid team. The role focuses on discovery, validation, documentation, and communication of business process knowledge through modelling, simulation, and analysis of current and future states.

Responsibilities include mapping processes, identifying data linkages, eliciting requirements from stakeholders, and delivering end-to-end process improvements aligned with business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Additional certification in Business Analysis or Process Engineering (Green Belt) preferred.
• Senior level with experience in banking/business processes and agile projects.

Responsibilities

• Map full business processes and implement improvements across the enterprise.
• Identify data relationships and anticipate issues, root causes, and effects.
• Elicit requirements from stakeholders using appropriate techniques.
• Develop networks to support client engagements and knowledge sharing.
• Estimate effort and contribute to training and competency development.
• Ensure end-to-end enterprise processes are analyzed, documented, and tested.
