Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Economic Geology, Earth Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in mineral exploration with track record of deposits.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Expertise in geological interpretation, resource estimation and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic exploration plans for new mineral assets.
• Lead a geoscience team of geologists, geophysicists and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic exploration plans to identify and acquire new mineral assets.
• Manage and mentor a team of geologists, geophysicists, and technicians, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee the execution of exploration programs, including drilling, sampling, and assaying.
• Analyze exploration data, interpret results, and make informed decisions on project progression.
• Manage exploration budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.

Requirements
