Job summary

Sanlam Group is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple cross-functional teams within a large value stream. You will coach teams, partner with the RTE, and help drive alignment and continuous improvement across the program.

You’ll collaborate with Product Owners, Developers and stakeholders to maintain an outcome-focused backlog, facilitate ceremonies, and promote transparency and empirical learning across value streams.

Qualifications

• IT degree or diploma in information technology or related field.
• Agile certifications (CSM, A-CSM, CSP-SM, PSM I/II, SSM, SASM, SA, ICP) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach cross-functional teams to operate as empowered units.
• Collaborate with RTE on PI Planning and ART synchronization.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies with clarity and purpose.
• Maintain an outcome-focused backlog with Product Owners.
• Drive delivery flow improvements and transparency.
