Qualifications

• Plan and execute daily delivery routes efficiently to meet scheduled timelines.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and securement of all items.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including accurate documentation and clear communication.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any mechanical issues or defects immediately.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and submit them daily.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment.
• Liaise with dispatch and customer service teams to resolve any delivery-related issues or customer inquiries.
• Assist with warehouse duties as required, including inventory management and order picking.

Requirements

• Valid Code 10 (C1) or Code 14 (EC) driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar transport and logistics role.
• Knowledge of road networks in and around Midrand, Gauteng , and surrounding areas.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of goods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
