Bionic Talent is seeking a Strategic Senior Account Manager to lead high-level client relationships and drive campaign strategy for a US-based digital marketing agency. This executive role requires gravitas to engage with C-suite executives across healthcare and dental manufacturing, guiding SEO, paid media, web design, and traditional media initiatives.

You will independently manage a portfolio of B2B client accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and lead webinars and thought leadership

Qualifications

• 8+ years of account management in digital marketing agencies.
• Proven track record managing C-suite relationships in B2B, healthcare or dental sectors.
• Strong executive presence and consultative sales ability.
• US-based agencies and US clients experience preferred.
• Familiar with CRM and project management tools (ClickUp).
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Looker Studio.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary strategic partner for C-suite clients in healthcare and dental manufacturing.
• Translate marketing initiatives into clear growth outcomes for clients.
• Quality-control deliverables across creative, strategic, and technical work.
• Lead client meetings, audits, onboarding with executive presence.
• Coordinate with paid media, SEO, web design, and other marketing teams.
• Forecast hours, manage scope, and monitor delivery/margins.
• Support renewals and growth through upsell opportunities.
• Represent the agency in webinars and thought leadership.
