Formación

• Matric Certificate is required.
• Current practicing registration certificate with relevant body/council.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in public health service delivery.
• Minimum 10 years’ public health service delivery experience, with ≥5 years in senior management.
• Experience in healthcare quality assurance/management or health standards.
• Knowledge of healthcare policy and regulatory framework.
• Excellent communication, conflict handling and stakeholder relations.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours and travel regularly.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Develop frameworks for compliance inspections.
• Lead and guide inspections scheduling.
• Provide management in compliance inspectorate unit.
• Produce and finalize inspection data, information and notices.
• Analyze, review and evaluate inspection data and compile stakeholder reports.
• Ensure timely reporting of inspection outcomes.
• Oversee training, certification and performance management of inspectors.

Our client in the Public Entity sector is seeking an experienced Executive Manager: Compliance Inspectorate to join their team.

• Post-graduate qualification in quality management would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in public health service delivery and management of which at least 5 years must have been at a senior management level.
• Experience must include healthcare quality assurance/management and/or heath standards.
• Knowledge of healthcare policy and the regulatory framework is essential.
• Excellent communication and conflict handling skills as well as good stakeholder and interpersonal relations.
• Report writing on a senior level is required.
• Willingness to work outside of normal working hours and to travel regularly is essential.
• Valid driver's license.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage frameworks and strategies for routine and specialized compliance inspections.
• Lead and provide guidance on inspections scheduling, execution, and quality controls for inspections processes.
• Provide technical, strategic and operational management in the compliance inspectorate unit.
• Produce and finalize compliance inspection data, information and inspection notices.
• Analyse, review and evaluate inspection data and compile reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure timeous reporting of inspection outcomes.
• Ensure training, certification and performance management of compliance inspectors.
• Provide overall management and leadership of human resources, budget, policies and systems.
• Work collaboratively with the other units in internal co-ordination to deliver on the mandate.
