Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing management within the luxury hospitality industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and market share in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue from all market segments.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve set targets.
• Oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, advertising, public relations, and social media.
• Manage the hotel's pricing strategies, inventory controls, and distribution channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring ROI targets are met.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and other department heads to ensure alignment of strategies.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Analyze sales performance data and provide regular reports to senior management.
