Job summary

Cirqlar Investment Solutions seeks a senior executive to lead its Employee Benefits Consulting division from our Bellville offices. You will direct strategy, guide the Board, and manage a team of consultants and administrators across branches, ensuring targets are met and client outcomes are achieved.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in retirement fund consulting, 7+ years in management, and FAIS accreditation with RE5, with strong leadership, business development, and compliance capabilities.

Qualifications

• BCom degree or NQF 6 equivalent; further studies advantageous.
• FAIS accreditation with RE5 knowledge.
• Experience: 10+ years in retirement fund consulting; 7+ years in management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control division work and staff to achieve mission and objectives.
• Develop and implement corporate and business plans; monitor progress for cost-effective delivery.
• Provide strategic advice to CEO and Board; maintain R&D programs to stay industry-leading.
• Prepare and oversee annual budget; maximize revenue and minimize fixed costs.
• Develop and maintain marketing/public relations strategy; represent the company with clients and stakeholders.
