Cirqlar Investment Solutions seeks an Assistant Director of Employee Benefits Consulting to join a leading financial services firm in the Western Cape. The role requires a strong FAIS accreditation (RE5) and extensive experience with pension funds, insurance and investments.

You will lead client engagements, manage teams, and drive new business while ensuring exceptional service delivery to employers and retirement funds. Hybrid working with office presence in Bellville is expected.

Qualifications

• FAIS accredited with RE5 knowledge.
• Experience with retirement funds and employee benefits.
• Management experience and proven client servicing.

Responsabilités

• Market and establish Verso Group EB products and services in Western Cape.
• Maintain and grow existing business through cross-selling and partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with channels and consultants to deliver employee benefits solutions.
• Prepare market intelligence reports for strategy.
• Coordinate Trustee/Manco meetings and provide secretarial support.
• Ensure accurate information flow to clients and deliver tailored solutions.
