The role oversees curriculum development, faculty management, and the strategic direction of the CS program to deliver cutting-edge education in programming, data science and digital literacy.

The ideal candidate will bring a Master’s or PhD in CS, 10+ years in CS education, and at least 4 years in leadership, with strong administrative and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in computer science education, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and educational leadership.
• Strong understanding of current trends in technology and computing education.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive computer science curriculum from foundational to advanced levels.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate a team of computer science educators.
• Champion the integration of new technologies and pedagogical approaches in the classroom.
• Manage the department's budget, resources, and facilities effectively.
