Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive strategic plans.
• In-depth knowledge of sports governance, policy, and development frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for sports development and elite performance pathways.
• Identify trends and opportunities within the sports landscape and propose innovative programs.
• Oversee strategic direction and operational management of sports development projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with national/regional sports federations, government agencies, and partners.
• Develop and manage budgets for sports initiatives with financial accountability.
• Lead and mentor a team of sports development professionals.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis to support expansion opportunities.
• Develop frameworks for talent identification and performance monitoring.
• Promote inclusivity, diversity, and ethical conduct in programs.
