Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in operations management with senior leadership experience in sports.
• Proven ability to manage large, diverse teams and budgets.
• Strong understanding of facilities, logistics, events and contracts.

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with objectives and growth.
• Oversee facilities, offices, training grounds and venues maintenance.
