Brand South Africa seeks a Director: Corporate Services to provide strategic leadership across Human Capital, Corporate Legal and ICT, ensuring capability, governance and value-adding support for all portfolios. The role reports to the CEO and aligns with the 2025–2030 Strategic Plan.

The successful candidate will drive workforce planning, regulatory compliance, risk management and ICT strategy while leading senior managers and ensuring efficient, compliant operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Law, Corporate Governance, or related field.
• Professional registration or membership where applicable.
• 8–10 years’ relevant experience in Corporate Services or related strategic support.
• At least 5 years’ experience at senior management/executive level.
• Experience in organizational strategy, workforce planning, legal risk, ICT governance and budgeting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership over the Corporate Services portfolio aligned with Brand South Africa’s 2025–2030 plan.
• Oversee Human Capital, Corporate Legal and ICT functions with integrated governance.
• Advise the CEO and EXCO on capability, technology investments and governance matters.
• Monitor performance and implement efficiency improvements across the portfolio.
• Ensure policies, systems and internal controls are in place and effective.
• Lead budgeting and resource management for Corporate Services.
• Drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
• Oversee ICT policy, security and digital workplace initiatives.
• Report portfolio performance to the CEO and EXCO on a regular basis.
