Talent Shore is seeking an experienced Recruiter to source and place Executive Assistants for CEOs, founders, and principals in private family offices and the creative sector (music, film, art, design). The role demands discretion, strong interviewing skills, and ability to manage confidential contexts.

You will build longlists, conduct thorough interviews, and support client relationships as the delivery team expands for prestigious clients in a discreet, high-profile environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for Executive Assistants or senior business support roles.
• Strong interviewing skills to assess technical competency and personal fit in UHNW/creative environments.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and longlisting EA and business support candidates via LinkedIn, CRM, referrals, and market mapping.
• Conduct detailed interviews to assess discretion, experience at the C-suite/CEO level, and cultural fit.
• Prepare confidential candidate profiles summarising suitability and motivations.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM and prepare weekly sourcing reports.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate journey from first contact through placement, while respecting timelines and confidentiality.
