Responsibilities

• Full project management for an Events Management company.
• General administration and end-to-end project management / account management.
• Strategy & timeline development and management.
• Project planning, implementation & management.
• Research, supplier briefing, sponsorship negotiations and sourcing of collateral.
• Deck compilation (PowerPoint presentation of proposed experiences).
• Client & supplier liaison, including meetings.
• Reporting, drafting, submission & presentation.
• Management of system back-end (content input and upload) and sign-off processes.
• Compilation and distribution of newsletters (incl. basic Copywriting).
