Job summary

Dream Hotels & Resorts' Jozini Tiger Lodge & Spa seeks an experienced events leader to head conferences, banqueting, weddings and entertainment, focusing on revenue generation and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will plan, coordinate, and execute all events, liaise with clients, produce proposals and run sheets, oversee setup and breakdown, and ensure health and safety compliance across venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality with exposure to conferencing and banqueting.
• Experience in weddings and event coordination and guest experience operations.
• Proven track record in revenue generation and event sales.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all events (conferences, weddings, banqueting).
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements, objectives and budgets.
• Develop proposals, timelines and run sheets; oversee setup and breakdown.
• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance and F&B; ensure client relationships.
