Career Custodians is seeking a proactive Events Sales Lead to drive sales and develop the Events and Group Play segments. You will lead the team to achieve goals and provide comprehensive support to clients for all event and group play needs, including hosting and facilitating Padel activities with the Club Manager.

The role emphasizes client service, operations coordination, and maintaining high standards across venues, contracts, and procedures while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• 2 to 3 years in a similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and develop Events and Group Play segments.
• Lead the team to achieve operational goals and support clients for events.
• Coordinate bookings, contracts, terms, invoicing and payments.
• Assist Club Manager with hosting and facilitating Padel activities.
• Maintain venue upkeep, stock control and client satisfaction.
