Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan menus for functions and events per client requirements.
• Prepare high-quality food with consistent presentation.
• Oversee all food prep and production for events.
• Monitor quality, portions and presentation standards.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene per policy.
• Assist with stock, ordering and storage.
• Minimise wastage and manage food costs.
• Work with operations teams for successful execution.
• Guide kitchen staff during prep and service.
• Build strong client relationships and respond professionally.
