Qualifications

ETF administration experience or CIS operations experience.
Reconciliations or asset management auditing experience.
Comfort in a fluid environment where you help define the process, not just follow it.

Responsibilities

Build and stabilise the cash movement process for ETF flows (inflows/outflows/distributions).
Establish monthly AMETF rebate calculations as a repeatable process.
Support onboarding of new market maker relationships as ETFs launch.
Assist with daily S&P iNAV/PCF and pricing oversight and validate intraday NAV/files.
Work with Fund Accounting, Compliance and external administrators to embed controls into the operating model.
Document processes and procedures for handover into BAU.
Review related invoices, assist with budgets, and analyze variances.
