Job summary

Exceed Human Resource Consultants seeks an experienced Consultant to manage deceased estate administration from registration to finalisation. You will register estates with the Master of the High Court, prepare documentation, arrange advertisements, obtain Letters of Executorship, and manage related tasks with sensitivity to bereaved families.

Responsibilities include SARS filings, Liquidation & Distribution accounts, and maintaining estate records.

Qualifications

• Matric with Mathematics, Mathematical Literacy and/or Accounting.
• Certificate in Estate Administration preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in estate administration.
• LegalEase experience highly advantageous.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to independently manage estates from start to completion.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear guidance.
• Able to deal professionally with authorities and other stakeholders.
• Resilient, compassionate and professional when dealing with bereaved families.
