Salary: R25,000 CTC + Incentive Structure

A well-established professional services firm is looking for an experienced Estates Administrator to join their team in Bryanston.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in deceased estate administration
• 7308
• Able to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and administrative abilities
• Candidates available on relatively short notice will be advantageous

Incentive Structure:

• Attractive performance-based incentive scheme linked to the efficient finalisation of estates
• Additional incentives are awarded based on the timeframe in which estates are successfully concluded
• Incentives generally range between R1,000 – R5,000 per estate, depending on the applicable incentive tier
• Further earning potential may be considered for exceptional performance
