Job summary

Transnet SOC Ltd. is seeking a skilled professional to support the implementation of BBBEE, ESD and Localisation within the TRIM division.

The role involves liaising with the supply chain community to monitor compliance, track expenditure and local content, and assist in dashboard generation and reporting. Candidate must have a relevant bachelor's degree (commercial) or CIPS Level 4 and at least 5 years in supply management, ESD or BBBEE strategy development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (commercial) or CIPS Level 4 required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in supply management, ESD, Localisation or BBBEE strategy development.
• Strong conceptual, analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support BBBEE, ESD, and Localisation strategies within TRIM.
• Liaise with supply chain community to monitor and report BBBEE/ESD expenditure and local content.
• Assist in monthly compilation of BBBEE/ESD dashboards and prepare reports.
• Contribute to training initiatives for Supplier Development and related policies.
