Job summary

Outsource SA Solutions (pTY) Ltd in South Africa seeks a hands-on Test Lead to guide the test team and coordinate with business units. You will oversee test activities per the plan and strategy, and supervise defect logging with QA.

You will report progress and metrics to stakeholders, assist in coordinating testing with external parties, ensure tests align with priorities and timelines, and keep stakeholders updated on constraints.

• Self-starter with outgoing personality and the ability to communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities
