Job summary

Lesaka Technologies Inc. is seeking an ERP Technical Administrator to maintain and optimise our ERP environments across development, testing, production and non-production landscapes.

You will work with Finance, Sales, Operations, Architecture and the ERP team to ensure platform availability, secure configurations, and reliable integrations that support sensitive financial processes. You will be responsible for system administration, patch management, environment support and governance, driving

Qualifications

• Four to six years' experience in ERP technical administration, systems engineering or enterprise application support.
• Experience supporting ERP platforms including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, NetSuite or equivalent.
• Experience managing Development, UAT and Production environments.
• Strong understanding of patch management, release management and system administration.
• Experience supporting ERP integrations and technical deployments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ERP platform performance, availability and health.
• Perform system maintenance, patching and version upgrades.
• Manage system configurations and performance tuning.
• Resolve technical incidents and minimise platform downtime.
• Ensure highly available and stable ERP environments.
• Support billing runs and integrations across ERP and connected platforms.
• Contribute to ERP upgrades, enhancements and new releases.
• Automate repetitive administration and operational activities.
