Job summary

Lesaka Technologies Inc. is seeking an Integration & Platform Enablement Architect to design and scale integration foundations that keep our fintech ecosystem connected, secure, and resilient.

You will define patterns, lead platform standardisation, and partner with Infrastructure, ERP, CRM, and DevOps to drive reliable delivery. You will own API and iPaaS strategies, oversee platform governance, and guide automation and environment management to support rapid growth across Merchant channels

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with architecture focus preferred.
• Experience with multi-product or multi-unit environments advantageous.
• Financial services/fintech domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce API and integration standards across all initiatives.
• Manage and optimise iPaaS, API gateway, and messaging platforms.
• Ensure integrations are designed using reusable, scalable, and secure patterns.
• Monitor integration performance, reliability, and availability across environments.
• Support onboarding of new systems into the enterprise integration ecosystem.
• Standardise infrastructure environments across development, testing, and production.
• Implement automated provisioning and configuration management processes.
• Define environment templates, deployment standards, and operational controls.
• Collaborate with DevOps to align CI/CD pipelines with platform standards.
• Monitor and optimise infrastructure utilisation, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Maintain architecture governance and risk oversight across platforms.
