Job summary

Gijima Holdings is seeking an experienced ERP Programme Manager to lead assessment, planning and governance across finance, procurement, logistics, manufacturing and IT ecosystems.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive fit-gap analysis, manage executive reporting and align ERP initiatives with the company's broader technology strategy. A senior PM with ERP delivery experience is required.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold an IT-related degree or diploma and PM certification.
• Proven experience leading ERP implementations or large-scale transformations.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and executive governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ERP assessment and planning activities.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional business and technology workstreams.
• Facilitate ERP fit-gap analysis and solution assessments.
• Manage stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting.
• Oversee project governance including steering committee reporting, decision logs, risk registers and action tracking.
• Coordinate process assessments across Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, HR, Payroll, Compliance and IT environments.
• Support integration planning, security assessments, data migration readiness and infrastructure assessments.
• Prepare business cases, recommendations and executive decision-support reports.
• Ensure alignment of ERP initiatives with broader business and technology strategies.

Job description

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications and Certifications

• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related field.
• Project Management Certification such as: PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM
• Equivalent recognised Project Management qualification

Experience Required

• Extensive IT Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing ERP implementation, migration or enterprise transformation projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale technology initiatives.
• Strong project governance and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience with enterprise application integration and business systems transformation.
• Experience within complex corporate environments.
• Manufacturing industry exposure will be advantageous.
