Fiskal in Stellenbosch seeks an ERP Business / Financial Systems Specialist to configure, integrate, and maintain financial and operational software for diverse clients. You will implement end-to-end solutions, map integrations, and ensure data integrity while delivering actionable insights.

You'll train clients, analyze business processes, and develop custom reports and dashboards. A proactive learner with strong project management and client-facing skills will thrive in our hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in business systems, process analysis, or consulting.
• Plus: accounting, supply chain, or engineering background.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms (Xero, CIN7, Odoo, HubSpot) is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP/financial system implementations with data integration.
• Consult with clients, train users, and support adoption.
• Analyze client processes to identify gaps and improvements.
• Ensure data integrity across integrated systems.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards for clients.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Keep pace with cloud-based software updates and emerging tools.
