Job summary

MyCareerCraft in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced IT Program & Project Manager to oversee the rollout and improvement of IT systems across South Africa, Nigeria and Uganda. You will manage large‑scale projects, keep budgets on track, and ensure systems are delivered on time and used effectively.

You will work with local teams, guide project managers and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external technology partners while supporting change management so new systems

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Project/Program Management
• At least 3 years solid IT project management experience and 4-5 years leading teams
• Strong background in managing ERP, CRM, or enterprise-wide system rollouts
• PMP, Prince2, PgMP, or similar certification
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data and manage risks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Willingness to travel across Africa (around 50%)
