Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an Equity Research Expert contractor to contribute to a customer project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights. Remote work is allowed.

You will review datasets, analyze earnings reports, benchmark peers, evaluate company models, and develop investment theses using quantitative and qualitative analysis to train next-generation AI systems. You will translate complex data into actionable insights for AI training.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in equity research and earnings analysis.
• Owns company models and performs scenario analysis.
• Experience covering multiple companies across cycles.
• Deep sector expertise in banking, insurance, biotech, tech or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication of research views.

We are seeking experienced Equity Research Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights.

You'll apply your expertise to evaluate real-world equity research content and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work

• Review and evaluate equity research datasets for accuracy and relevance.
• Analyze earnings reports, estimate revisions, and peer benchmarking.
• Evaluate company financial models, including revenue, margins, cash flow, and valuation drivers.
• Prepare concise research summaries and event-driven updates.
• Develop and articulate investment theses using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Identify industry trends, sector-specific metrics, and company catalysts.
• Provide feedback to improve the quality and accuracy of research-related content.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Sell-Side Research Associate, Research Analyst, VP, or Director with ownership of company models and research.
• Experience covering multiple companies across several earnings cycles.
• Strong understanding of business drivers, financial performance, and valuation.
• Deep expertise in at least one sector, such as banking, insurance, biotech, technology, or other industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation, and event-driven research.
• Experience developing and defending investment theses and research views.
