Qualifications

• Extensive Sell-Side experience in research or related leadership roles.
• Ownership of company financial models and research.
• Proven earnings analysis and revisions experience.
• Proficient at peer benchmarking and relative valuation.
• Deep valuation skills and financial statement interpretation.
• Strong sector expertise in banking/insurance/tech/biotech or similar.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication of research views.

Responsibilities

• Review equity research datasets for accuracy and relevance.
• Analyze earnings reports and revisions; benchmark against peers.
• Evaluate company financial models: revenue, margins, cash flow, drivers.
• Prepare concise research summaries and event-driven updates.
• Develop and defend investment theses using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Identify industry trends, sector metrics, and catalysts.
• Provide feedback to improve quality and accuracy of content.
