Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an Investment Banking Expert (remote contractor) to contribute to financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis and industry research. You will evaluate real-world financial analyses and help train AI systems, with no prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities include conducting company and industry research, target screening, comps analysis, building Excel models, preparing pitchbooks, and explaining complex financial concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior roles in M&A, investment banking, or industry coverage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis and AI training.
• Perform target screening, comparable company analysis, and transaction analysis.
• Build, review, and troubleshoot Excel-based financial and valuation models.
• Prepare and review pitchbooks and client presentation materials.
• Analyze financial materials for numerical errors, valuation issues, and logical inconsistencies.
• Explain accounting treatments, valuation adjustments, assumptions, and transaction sensitivities.
• Provide clear written and verbal explanations of complex financial concepts.
