Job summary

Mediclinic Southern Africa Corporate Office in Stellenbosch seeks a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the Electronic Health Record integration programme. You will balance complex stakeholder demands with a disciplined delivery framework in a hybrid, fixed-term role.

You will bring 10+ years in project management, deep knowledge of lifecycle processes, and a collaborative mindset to drive success across multiple disciplines within the Business Performance department.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' project management experience, including PMO exposure.
• Solid grasp of software development lifecycles and system integration delivery.
• Collaborative, team-first approach.
• Experience in PMO environment preferred.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

• 10+ years' project management experience, including recent time in a PMO environment
• A solid grasp of software development lifecycles and system integration delivery
• A collaborative, team-first approach

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 5 most recent years in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment
• Experience in managing projects with stakeholders in multiple disciplines across an organisation

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• MS Office suite (including MS Project and Viso) and other relevant computer software programmes (e.g. Project Portfolio Management software)
• Prince II and/or PMBOK standards
• Cost management and budgeting principles
• Project management principles, processes, tools, techniques and applications
• Project management and delivery within a larger enterprise project portfolio management context
• Change management principles and applications
• Contract and service level agreement (SLA) management
