Job description

POSITION: Epicor Consultant
LOCATION: Bryanston, Sandton

As an Epicor Consultant, you will lead and support ERP implementations, upgrades,
and optimizations using Epicor Kinetic or earlier versions. You’ll work closely with clients
to understand business processes, configure Epicor modules, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle Epicor ERP implementations: requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
• Analyse client business processes and recommend Epicor solutions.
• Configure Epicor modules (Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc.).
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and client stakeholders.
• Document functional specifications and user guides.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and super-users.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with Epicor ERP.
• Strong functional knowledge of at least two Epicor modules.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or finance environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
