Job summary

Qualifications

• Matric preferred; suitability considered.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Basic familiarity with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and management support, including correspondence, documents, reports and presentations.
• Handle telephone enquiries and coordinate appointments, meetings, minutes, follow-ups and travel arrangements.
• Maintain organised records, monitor deadlines and handle confidential information discreetly.
• Participate in training across operations, accounts, systems, client service, sales, marketing and management.
