Placements24 is seeking a Junior Insurance Sales Agent in Centurion. This entry-level role focuses on helping clients choose life, health and short-term insurance products, with training on needs analysis and closing techniques.

You will engage potential clients, conduct needs assessments, explain policy features and pricing, and build lasting relationships while working with a supportive team in a busy Gauteng sales environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; sales or marketing degree is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Desire to learn about the insurance industry and sales techniques.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades
