Job summary

Reflex Solutions is seeking a Network Architect to design, implement and optimize the organisation's network infrastructure. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient and secure network services that support business operations and applications.

The role emphasizes planning, governance, and continuous improvement, with exposure to enterprise‑scale networks, ISPs, and modern networking technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT or related field.
• 8+ years of network engineering/architecture experience in enterprise-scale environments.
• ISP environment experience with routing, CGNAT, and RPKI is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, ISIS, MPLS, VLANs, VXLAN, VPNs, SD-WAN, QoS.
• GPON experience with Huawei and/or Nokia is a plus.
• Certifications HCIP/HCIE, CCNP/CCIE or similar are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, high‑performance network architectures meeting current and future needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and prioritize network initiatives and roadmaps.
• Research and recommend networking technologies to support business goals.
• Conduct capacity planning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for reliability.
• Implement security policies and encryption to ensure compliance and protection.
• Maintain documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications for knowledge transfer.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in network design and operations.
