Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Data Modeller to translate business requirements into data structures and to design enterprise-grade data models. The role supports both conceptual and physical data modelling across data warehouses and BI platforms.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in data modelling, strong SQL skills and exposure to financial services data models, with experience in relational and NoSQL data structures.

Qualifications

• 2 years+ experience in the Data Modelling discipline.
• 3 years in a data role such as Data Engineer, Data Analyst or BI Business Analyst.
• Experience with relational data models and dimensionally modelled data.
• Exposure to graph data models and NoSQL models.
• Knowledge of banking/financial services data environments.

Responsibilities

• Understand and translate business requirements into data requirements for stakeholder consumption.
• Design and maintain optimal data models/structures at enterprise, conceptual, logical & physical levels.
