• Drive business growth within defined Business Units of a top German enterprise customer, acting as BU owner within a cross-functional account team.
• Navigate complex organizations and align stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Build CXO-level relationships as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
• Define and execute short- and long-term customer outreach strategies from the customer's perspective.
• Articulate AWS value propositions connecting technology to measurable business outcomes.
• Accelerate adoption of AWS services with deep cloud and AI/agentic expertise.
• Engage customers with a consultancy-driven approach — diagnose business challenges before proposing solutions.
• Apply knowledge of public-sector procurement and compliance requirements.
• Lead meetings and customer engagements with executive presence.
• Leverage partner ecosystem to extend reach and drive AWS adoption.
• Monitor IT/Cloud market dynamics to inform account strategy.
• Own multi-year growth trajectory, building pipelines and partnerships.
• Ensure customer satisfaction as primary AWS advocate.
