Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects via calls, email, WhatsApp, and in-person enquiries.
• Conduct needs analysis and recommend fit-for-purpose programmes.
• Manage follow-ups and pipeline to reduce time-to-enrolment.
• Convert leads by communicating fees, documents, and next steps.
• Meet/exceed targets and provide dashboards to management.
• Capture leads and enrolment documents in the CRM with compliance.
