Job summary

Brentwood in Gauteng, South Africa, is seeking a Programme Advisor to guide prospective students through the enrolment journey, providing accurate programme information and support.

The successful candidate will respond to enquiries, conduct needs analyses, and assist applicants through the application and enrolment process while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Experience with CRM systems and MS Office is preferred; a Marketing Diploma is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Experience working with CRM systems and MS Office suite.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver's license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for prospective students and respond to enquiries.
• Provide prospective students with information on programmes, entry requirements, study options and career pathways.
• Conduct needs analysis with applicants to ensure programme suitability.
• Guide applicants through the application and enrolment process, ensuring compliance with institution and regulatory requirements.
• Manage leads using the Institution’s CRM and/or learner management system.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team enrolment targets.
• Build relationships with prospective students, parents/guardians, schools and other stakeholders.
• Create content and materials for marketing in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Participate in open days, school visits, career expos and other marketing initiatives.
• Arrange appointments with schools and basic education entities to promote programmes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all programmes offered and industry developments.
• Provide regular reports on leads, conversion rates and enrolment progress.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks by management
