Responsibilities include directing maintenance for yellow equipment, managing water balances and dam infrastructure, and supporting legal compliance under the OHS Act. The role drives continuous improvement and adherence to engineering standards on site.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess risk exposures in the area of responsibility across business, financial, legal, people, equipment and environment.
• Apply mitigation and implement controls for residual risk; set objectives and minimum requirements.
• Ensure SHEQ compliance within the section using the IMS toolbox and report status.
• Maintain an enabling climate and culture; manage labour stability and budgeted staffing.
