The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Technical qualification in Supply Chain/Engineering with 5 years of supervisory inventory management experience, plus solid SAP/MRP expertise to drive

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical qualification in Supply Chain/Engineering.
• 5 years’ experience in an Inventory Management environment, including supervisory level.
• Technical experience is a MUST.
• SAP knowledge and MRP experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurate management of inventory and effective storekeeping.
• Ensure availability of spare parts to Manufacturing plants, Engineering, front end business units.
• Oversee all Spares operations for the entire operations to ensure uniform and world-class standards are in place.
• Engineering spares purchase management.
• Ensure SAP inventory data reconciles with the physical stock on a daily basis for all sites.
• Responsible for managing working capital to acceptable levels, balancing supply and demand requirements.
• Comply with governance and established policies, systems, procedures and practices.
• Comply with Safety, Health and Environment standards.
• People management, supervision, leadership and development of Warehouse staff.
• Implement & drive continual business improvement and change management.
