Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking a senior Electrical Building Services Consultant in South Africa. You will lead design and delivery of electrical building services, prepare designs and calculations, and coordinate with architects and multidisciplinary teams on commercial, industrial, retail, healthcare or residential projects.

Responsibilities include site inspections, ensuring compliance with SANS standards, managing programs and budgets, and mentoring junior engineers to ensure successful

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Electrical Building Services Consulting.
• Strong experience in design of MV/LV electrical systems, lighting and small power installations.
• Experience on commercial, industrial, retail, healthcare, or residential developments.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; Revit experience advantageous.
