Qualifications

- Knowledge of battery chemistries, interconnection standards, and grid codes.
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink and control system development.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Project management experience is a plus.

- Design and engineer BESS configurations, including battery selection, power conversion, and control systems.
- Develop control algorithms and software for BESS operation (grid-tie, islanding, and load-following).
